[Course of depressive conditions in children and adolescents].

A 5 year follow-up study of 64 patients with depression has taken place at the University hospital for child and adolescent psychiatry in Vienna and Zurich. On the one hand the follow-up of depressive disorders proved to be dependent on the extent of broken home, on the other hand on the fact whether one parent had a depression or not.
