Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To investigate the chemical constituents in Bruguiera sexangula var. rhynchopetala.

METHOD

Silica gel flash chromatography together with Sephadex LH - 20 were performed for the isolation and purification of the petrol ether fraction of this plant, and the structures were elucidated by spectral analysis as well as the comparison of the spectral data with those reported in the literatures.

RESULT

Nine compounds were obtained and identified as lupeol (1), lupeone (2), trans-hydroxy-cinnamoyl ester of lupeol (3), taraxerone (4), beta-amyril-palmitate (5), squalene (6),beta-sitosterol (7), daucosterol (8) and 7alpha-hydroxy-sitosterol (9).

CONCLUSION

All the compounds were first isolated from B. sexangula var. rhynchopetala.

目的

研究红树植物尖瓣海莲的化学成分。

方法

采用硅胶柱快速色谱法及Sephadex LH - 20柱色谱法对该植物石油醚部位进行分离纯化,通过波谱分析及与文献报道的波谱数据进行比较鉴定其结构。

结果

分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为羽扇豆醇(1)、羽扇豆酮(2)、羽扇豆醇反式羟基肉桂酸酯(3)、蒲公英赛酮(4)、β-香树脂醇棕榈酸酯(5)、角鲨烯(6)、β-谷甾醇(7)、胡萝卜苷(8)和7α-羟基谷甾醇(9)。

结论

所有化合物均首次从尖瓣海莲中分离得到。
