Abstract

OBJECTIVE

A study was carried out to investigate the effects of seed oil and sarcocarp oil of Hippophae rhamnoides on rats with experimental hepatocirrhosis, and comparison between the two.

METHOD

A rat model of experimental hepatocirrhosis was set up by feeding CCl4. Different concentration of seed oil and sarcocarp oil of H. rhamnoides were feed to those rats for 45 d, then the changes of activity of ALT in serum and SOD in liver were measured.

RESULT

Both of seed oil and sarcocarp oil can control the increase of ALT in serum and the decrease of SOD evidently, and the effect of seed oil was turn out to be a little better than sarcocarp oil.

CONCLUSION

Seed oil was more effective than sarcocarp oil of H. rhamnoides in alleviating liver injury caused by CCl4.

摘要

目的

研究沙棘籽油和沙棘果肉油对实验性肝硬化大鼠的影响,并对二者进行比较。

方法

通过喂食四氯化碳建立大鼠实验性肝硬化模型。将不同浓度的沙棘籽油和沙棘果肉油喂给这些大鼠45天,然后测定血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性和肝脏中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的变化。

结果

沙棘籽油和沙棘果肉油均能明显抑制血清中ALT的升高和SOD的降低,且沙棘籽油的效果略优于沙棘果肉油。

结论

在减轻四氯化碳所致肝损伤方面,沙棘籽油比沙棘果肉油更有效。
