[Ways to improve the results of surgical treatment of necrotizing pancreatitis].

An analysis of surgical treatment of 152 patients withnecrotizing pancreatitis has been made. Lethality after resection of the pancreas made up 29%, after palliative operations-49%. A removal of the greater part of the necrotized gland and Wirsung's duct surgery against the background of intensive conservative therapy was found to prevent the development of complications, to improve ++cardio-hemodynamics and outcomes of the disease.
