Bilateral coronary artery fistulas terminating at the same location case report.

Bilateral coronary fistulas between coronary arteries and pulmonary artery are very rare. This report describes a case of bilateral coronary artery fistula originating from the left anterior descending and right coronary arteries, and terminating exactly at the same site in the pulmonary artery with a small saccular aneurysm formation.
