Abstract

Six new dammarane glycosides (1-6) and four known compounds, rutin, kaempferol, quercetin, and linalool 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside, were isolated from an ethanol extract of the aerial parts of Gynostemma cardiospermum. The structures of 1-6 were elucidated by 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic interpretation as well as by chemical degradation. Triterpene aglycons containing carbonyl groups at both C-21 and C-28, as found in compounds 1-5, are being reported in the family Cucurbitaceae for the first time.

从绞股蓝的地上部分乙醇提取物中分离出6个新的达玛烷型糖苷（1-6）和4个已知化合物，即芦丁、山柰酚、槲皮素和芳樟醇3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷。通过一维和二维核磁共振波谱解析以及化学降解确定了1-6的结构。化合物1-5中发现的在C-21和C-28位均含有羰基的三萜苷元，在葫芦科中首次报道。
