OBJECTIVE
Our purpose is to report a case of renal hydatidosis and its treatment.
METHODS
The characteristics of the case are presented and discussed.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS
The hydotic disease is a parasitic infestation caused by the larvae from echinococcosis granulosus. The kidney ranks third among all visceral localitations, compromising only 2% to 4% of all cases. Most of patients are asymptomatic for years and the correct preoperative diagnosis is difficult.

我们的目的是报告一例肾包虫病及其治疗情况。
方法
介绍并讨论该病例的特点。
结果与结论
包虫病是由细粒棘球绦虫的幼虫引起的寄生虫感染。肾脏在所有内脏受累部位中排第三位，仅占所有病例的2%至4%。大多数患者多年无症状，术前正确诊断困难。
