Abstract
We report a case of traumatic diaphragmatic rupture (TDR) following an unusual blunt trauma. The history and initial chest radiograph prompted an insertion of a nasogastric tube which confirmed our diagnosis and decompressed the intra-thoracic gastric contents. We discuss briefly the diagnostic approach to the clinical management of TDR.

我们报告一例因罕见钝性创伤导致的创伤性膈肌破裂（TDR）病例。病史和最初的胸部X光片提示插入鼻胃管，这证实了我们的诊断并使胸腔内的胃内容物减压。我们简要讨论了TDR临床管理的诊断方法。
