[An auxiliary electrode for gastric pH probes].

The author has examined the possibility of employing pH tubes with defective auxiliary electrodes in complex with a commercial auxiliary EBL-1 M3 silver-chloride electrode. Examinations of gastroduodenal patients permit recommending this commercial electrode as an available and accurate auxiliary electrode for intragastric pH-metry, for measurements with promising pH microtubes, 2 mm in diameter as well.
