Resulting from the studies of 623 series of the donor blood immunoglobulins, it was established that 19.2% of the series of a commercial preparation put on the market by the Republican blood service contain the natural antibodies to O-antigen and antigens of the Pseudomonas aeruginosa extracellular mucus at the titer of 1:80 and more. Series of the immunoglobulin preparation with a high content of specific antibodies can be used for the treatment of purulent-septic complications caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
通过对623份献血者血液免疫球蛋白样本的研究发现，共和国血液服务机构投放市场的一种商业制剂中，有19.2%的样本含有抗O抗原和铜绿假单胞菌细胞外黏液抗原的天然抗体，效价为1:80及以上。含有高含量特异性抗体的免疫球蛋白制剂样本可用于治疗由铜绿假单胞菌引起的化脓性败血症并发症。
