Resulting from the studies of 623 series of the donor blood immunoglobulins, it was established that 19.2% of the series of a commercial preparation put on the market by the Republican blood service contain the natural antibodies to O-antigen and antigens of the Pseudomonas aeruginosa extracellular mucus at the titer of 1:80 and more. Series of the immunoglobulin preparation with a high content of specific antibodies can be used for the treatment of purulent-septic complications caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
