Abstract
Hans Key-Aberg was the first ENT-surgeon in Linköping. He was an interesting man in many ways. He introduced the world-famous photographer Lennart Nilsson in medical photography, he was an army surgeon in Belgrad and Vienna in 1917, he wrote his thesis as an old chief physician, he took part in the discussions of the death of Charles XII and wrote poetry. Hans Key-Aberg was looked upon as an old-fashioned character.
