BACKGROUND
Pregnancy in the rudimentary uterine horn is an extremely rare clinical condition. Treatment includes surgical removal of the rudimentary horn.
METHODS
A rudimentary horn pregnancy was reported that occurred after intrauterine insemination. Similar cases treated with laparoscopic surgery reported in the peer-reviewed journals were reviewed as well.
RESULTS
Pregnancy in the right rudimentary horn of 6-weeks gestational age was successfully treated with laparoscopic surgery.
CONCLUSION
Laparoscopy is a feasible and safe method for treating rudimentary horn pregnancy.

残角子宫妊娠是一种极其罕见的临床情况。治疗方法包括手术切除残角。
方法
报告了一例经宫腔内人工授精后发生的残角子宫妊娠病例。同时回顾了同行评议期刊中报道的接受腹腔镜手术治疗的类似病例。
结果
成功通过腹腔镜手术治疗了一名妊娠6周的右侧残角子宫妊娠患者。
结论
腹腔镜检查是治疗残角子宫妊娠的一种可行且安全的方法。
