To research the mechanism of the inhibition effects of BWE on cell attachment of influenza virus by capillary electrophoresis.
The morphologic difference of red cells after treating with BWE infected by influenza virus was detected with microscope, capillary electrophoresis and HA.
The pretreatment of the normal cells with BWE inhibited the attachment of influenza to the cells, while no meaningful inhibition was observed when influenza virus was pretreated before being inoculated to cells.
The results indicate that the inhibition effects of BWE on cell attachment of influenza virus may be an important mechanism of anti-influenza activity of Radix Isatidis Extracts.
通过毛细管电泳研究板蓝根水提取物(BWE)对流感病毒细胞黏附的抑制作用机制。
采用显微镜、毛细管电泳和血凝试验(HA)检测经BWE处理的感染流感病毒的红细胞的形态差异。
用BWE预处理正常细胞可抑制流感病毒与细胞的黏附,而在接种细胞前对流感病毒进行预处理则未观察到明显抑制作用。
结果表明,BWE对流感病毒细胞黏附的抑制作用可能是板蓝根提取物抗流感活性的重要机制。
