Who is talking for you?

Each year the speakers at the Nurse In Washington Internship (NIWI) program have a specific topic which they present to the attendees. The focus of this year's week-long program was lobbying, not only as a privilege, but also as a nurse's responsibility. This paper reviews types of lobbying and effective methods to use to lobby legislators.
