The purpose of this study was to analyze the sense of the supervision work in a project for the professionalization of mid-level workers. In the theoretical and methodological framework of the historical and dialectical materialism, supervision was taken as an instrument of the work process, described in interview with the projects' supervisor (12) and coordinating (7) nurses. Their speeches were submitted to qualitative analysis and presented in thematic phrases. The investigation revealed, in particular, a supervision still based on old-fashioned modes of control.
本研究旨在分析一项中级员工职业化项目中监督工作的意义。在历史唯物主义和辩证唯物主义的理论与方法框架下，监督被视为工作过程的一种手段，这在对项目主管（12名）和协调护士（7名）的访谈中有所描述。他们的发言接受了定性分析，并以主题短语呈现。调查特别揭示出，监督仍基于老式的控制模式。
