Abstract
Conventional radiography remains the mainstay of emergency imaging of the urinary tract; however, computed tomography in trauma and ultrasonography in medical conditions have greatly improved the accuracy and speed with which diagnoses can be made and treatment instituted. This article reviews the imaging modalities available to the emergency department physician and their application in the most common emergency situations.

传统放射学仍然是泌尿系统急诊成像的主要手段；然而，创伤情况下的计算机断层扫描和内科疾病中的超声检查极大地提高了诊断的准确性和速度，从而能够更快地进行治疗。本文回顾了急诊科医生可用的成像方式及其在最常见急诊情况下的应用。
