Abstract
We present a case of Spigelian hernia containing an intraabdominal liposarcoma observed in a 49-year-old patient. We describe the clinical symptoms and the findings at physical examination, complementary tests, and diagnostic imaging. We comment on the surgical findings, histological diagnosis, and clinical evolution.
