The authors present the case of a male patient with neurofibromatosis type 1 associated with choroidal malignant melanoma. We present the difficulties of the differential diagnosis and the rapid and aggressive evolution of the intraocular tumor.
作者报告了一例1型神经纤维瘤病合并脉络膜恶性黑色素瘤的男性患者病例。我们阐述了鉴别诊断的困难以及眼内肿瘤快速且侵袭性的进展情况。
