Abstract
Shigella sonnei bacteremia in adult patients is rare. We present 2 cases from our center, and 7 others from the literature are reviewed in detail. Diabetes mellitus and malignancy are frequent predisposing conditions. Despite severe illness at presentation, our patients achieved good outcomes with prompt initiation of antimicrobial therapy.

成人患者感染宋内志贺菌血症较为罕见。我们展示了来自本中心的2例病例，并详细回顾了文献中的其他7例病例。糖尿病和恶性肿瘤是常见的易感因素。尽管初诊时病情严重，但我们的患者通过及时开始抗菌治疗取得了良好的疗效。
