Colorectal foreign bodies are frequently encountered with increased incidence of homosexuality and anal auto-erotism. A thirty-five years old unmarried male presented with an incarcerated rectal foreign body, a phallus shaped dried fruit of Cassia fistula. It was removed transanally after manipulation at laparotomy. The case is presented here due to its rarity.
随着同性恋和肛门自慰行为发生率的增加，结直肠异物的情况也屡见不鲜。一名35岁未婚男性因嵌顿性直肠异物就诊，该异物为阴茎形状的腊肠树干果实。经剖腹手术操作后经肛门取出。鉴于该病例罕见，特此报道。
