Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To establish a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for determination of matrine, sophoridine and oxymatrine in Compound Kushen Injection.

METHOD

Alltima amino column was used with acetonitrile-3% phosphoric acid-ethyl alcohol (80:10:10) as the mobile phase and the detection wavelength was at 220 nm.

RESULT

The mean recovery of matrine, sophoridine and oxymatrine in Compound Kushen Injection was 99.51% (RSD 1. 58%), 99.24% (RSD 1.44%) and 100.22% (RSD 1.85%), respectively.

CONCLUSION

The method was simple, rapid, accurate and specific and suitable for quality control of the product.

目的

建立高效液相色谱法测定复方苦参注射液中苦参碱、槐定碱和氧化苦参碱的含量。

方法

采用Alltima氨基柱,以乙腈-3%磷酸-乙醇(80:10:10)为流动相,检测波长为220nm。

结果

复方苦参注射液中苦参碱、槐定碱和氧化苦参碱的平均回收率分别为99.51%(RSD 1.58%)、99.24%(RSD 1.44%)和100.22%(RSD 1.85%)。

结论

该方法简便、快速、准确、专属性强,适用于该产品的质量控制。
