The addition of serotonin or of histamin with tumoral cells of ascitic Zajdela's hepatoma and their injection in aorta induce plain hemodynamic changes and increase the tumoral extravasation. So only cells blocked in thrombi are observed in blood vessels. Therefore, serotonin and histamin do facilitate tumoral cells extravasation, allowing so a better metastatic diffusion in this experimental pattern.
