To report the case of a patient with long-term giant genital lymphedema as a consequence of partial penectomy with bilateral inguinal lymphadenectomy 26 years before.
58-year-old male patient consulting for genital volume increase (penis and scrotum). Diagnostic tests were performed and surgery was indicated.
Complete bilateral scrotal excision including testicles and complete amputation of the penile remnant were carried out. Urethra was anastomosed to skin in the root of the scrotum. Post-operative outcome was satisfactory.
Genital lymphedema is a disease associated with severe aesthetic and psychological disorders. The present case demonstrates that these patients may be rehabilitated.
报告一例因26年前部分阴茎切除术及双侧腹股沟淋巴结清扫术导致长期巨大生殖器淋巴水肿的患者病例。
一名58岁男性患者因生殖器(阴茎和阴囊)体积增大前来咨询。进行了诊断性检查并建议手术。
实施了双侧阴囊完全切除术,包括睾丸切除以及阴茎残余部分的完全截肢。尿道在阴囊根部与皮肤进行了吻合。术后结果令人满意。
生殖器淋巴水肿是一种伴有严重美学和心理障碍的疾病。本病例表明这些患者可以得到康复。
