Gamma-beam therapy of cancer patients is accompanied by general and local radiation reactions, their degree depending on numerous factors (a tumor site, an area of irradiated tissues and a value of a total absorbed dose). Preventive and therapeutic measures during radiotherapy allow the reduction of severity of a course of general and local radiation reactions.
癌症患者的伽马射线治疗会伴随全身和局部的辐射反应，其程度取决于众多因素（肿瘤部位、受照射组织的面积以及总吸收剂量的值）。放射治疗期间的预防和治疗措施可减轻全身和局部辐射反应的严重程度。
