Incorporation of 15N into blood plasma proteins and blood cells was studied in 11 patients with ischemic heart disease and peripheric atherosclerosis and in 7 healthy volunteers after oral administration of 15NH4Cl (95 atm%/15N) at a dose of 3 g per 70 kg of body mass. Metabolism of fibrinogen was stimulated, while incorporation of 15N into thrombocyte proteins was decreased in the patients with atherosclerosis as compared with healthy persons. Possible reasons of these alterations are discussed.
在11例缺血性心脏病和外周动脉粥样硬化患者以及7名健康志愿者口服每70公斤体重3克的15NH4Cl(95原子%/15N)后,研究了15N掺入血浆蛋白和血细胞的情况。与健康人相比,动脉粥样硬化患者纤维蛋白原的代谢受到刺激,而15N掺入血小板蛋白的量减少。讨论了这些改变的可能原因。
