[Amplification using one-sided polymerase chain reaction, cloning and determination of primary structure of 5'-untranslated cDNA segments coding the somatogenic growth hormone receptor from rat liver].

The method of ligation-mediated, single-sided polymerase chain reaction was applied for the amplification of 5'-untranslated regions of cDNA coding for somatogenic growth hormone receptor from rat liver. The products of polymerase chain reaction were cloned and sequenced. Two variants of 5'-untranslated sequences of growth hormone receptor cDNA corresponding to products of alternative splicing of pre-mRNA were found.
