Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To analyze and compare the constituents of the essential oils from the fresh and dried pericarps of Citrus sinensis.

METHOD

The essential oils from the fresh and dried pericarps of C. sinensis were extracted by water steam distillation method and analyzed by GC-MS.

RESULT

28 and 25 components were identified from the essential oils of the fresh and dried pericarps of C. sinensis respectively, 37 components were identified from both samples totally, among which 26 components were identified in the essential oils of the pericarps of C. sinensis for the first time.

CONCLUSION

The most components in both oil samples were similar and main component of the both oils was limonene (90. 16% and 77. 34%).

目的

分析比较甜橙新鲜果皮与干燥果皮挥发油的成分。

方法

采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取甜橙新鲜果皮与干燥果皮的挥发油,并通过气相色谱 - 质谱联用仪进行分析。

结果

从甜橙新鲜果皮与干燥果皮的挥发油中分别鉴定出28种和25种成分,两个样品中共鉴定出37种成分,其中有26种成分是首次在甜橙果皮挥发油中鉴定出来。

结论

两个油样中的大多数成分相似,两种油的主要成分均为柠檬烯(分别为90.16%和77.34%)。
