INTRODUCTION
The nasal septum abscess is a rare and serious infection because of the complications which can be generated. The authors report a new case of nasal septum abscess to probably from dental origin.
OBSERVATION
A 47 year old man consulted for bilateral nasal obstruction and rhinorrhea for 3 days with an infectious context. The clinical examination as well as the CT scan demonstrated a septal abscess. The patient had a surgical drainage associated with a triple antibiotherapy with favourable evolution at the end of 10 days. The etiologic investigation is in favour of a dental etiology.
CONCLUSION
It is about a rare and serious infectious pathology of the nasal septum. We point out its various etiologies, its management, while insisting on the preventive treatment of this affection.
引言
鼻中隔脓肿是一种罕见且严重的感染，因其可能引发多种并发症。作者报告了一例可能源于牙科病因的鼻中隔脓肿新病例。
病例
一名47岁男性因双侧鼻塞、流涕3天前来就诊，伴有感染情况。临床检查及CT扫描显示为鼻中隔脓肿。患者接受了手术引流，并联合三联抗生素治疗，10天后病情好转。病因调查支持牙科病因。
结论
这是一种罕见且严重的鼻中隔感染性病变。我们指出了其各种病因、治疗方法，同时强调了对该疾病的预防性治疗。
