INTRODUCTION
Myxopapillary ependymomas are low grade tumours that are known to recur locally even after complete excision, but metastasis to distant sites is extremely uncommon.
CASE REPORT
We report an unusual case of lumbo-sacral myxopapillary ependymoma in a 13-year-old boy with metastasis to both cerebellopontine angles. To the best of our knowledge, this is the youngest patient of metastatic myxopapillary ependymoma.

黏液乳头型室管膜瘤是低级别肿瘤，即便在完全切除后仍有局部复发的情况，但远处转移极为罕见。
病例报告
我们报告一例不寻常的腰骶部黏液乳头型室管膜瘤病例，患者为一名13岁男孩，肿瘤转移至双侧桥小脑角。据我们所知，这是转移性黏液乳头型室管膜瘤最年轻的患者。
