Endoscopic procedures are indespensable part of modern diagnostics and therapy of digestive tract diseases. Undoubtly one of the most challenging endoscopic procedure is endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP). This procedure is also associated with high risk of complications and requires experience from the endoscopist performing the procedure. The following paper presents basic technical difficulties that could take place when the diagnostic procedure is performed as well as during complicated therapeutic procedures. Presented technical difficulties are the effect of kind of procedure or they are associated with pathology and changed anatomy. Basic technical difficulties scales were also presented. Their use is very helpful in exchanging data between medica centres as well as they are useful in teaching process. Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopncreatography is a challenging procedure but its curative potential is essential in treating some of the digestive tract diseases.
内镜检查程序是现代消化道疾病诊断和治疗中不可或缺的一部分。毫无疑问，最具挑战性的内镜检查程序之一是内镜逆行胰胆管造影术（ERCP）。该程序也伴有较高的并发症风险，并且需要实施该程序的内镜医师具备经验。以下论文介绍了在进行诊断程序以及复杂治疗程序时可能出现的基本技术难题。所呈现的技术难题是程序类型的影响，或者它们与病理及解剖结构改变有关。还介绍了基本技术难题量表。它们的使用在医学中心之间交换数据时非常有帮助，并且在教学过程中也很有用。内镜逆行胰胆管造影术是一项具有挑战性的程序，但其治疗潜力在治疗某些消化道疾病方面至关重要。
