We report two cases of rare tumours of the pancreas: one case of a cystadenoma and one case of a PP-oma with no hormonal activity. Both cases were discovered accidentally while screening examination of other reasons. Guided by these cases we draw the following conclusions: 1. Ultrasound is the outstanding screening in diagnosis of rare pancreas tumours. 2. Surgery is the treatment of choice. 3. Final diagnosis can only be made by histology. 4. Immunohistochemistry is the best method in differentiation of endocrine tumours.
一例为囊腺瘤，一例为无激素活性的PP瘤。两例均在因其他原因进行筛查检查时意外发现。基于这些病例，我们得出以下结论：1. 超声是诊断罕见胰腺肿瘤的出色筛查手段。2. 手术是首选治疗方法。3. 最终诊断只能通过组织学做出。4. 免疫组织化学是鉴别内分泌肿瘤的最佳方法。
