Detection and stimulus-detection electromyography were used to study the bioelectrical activity of limb muscles in patients operated on for gastric carcinoma. Exercise tolerance and the level of work fitness according to the ergokinetic data were examined at a time. Depending on the indicators 66 patients were distributed into 3 groups. A relationship was shown between the bioenergy and the electromyographic data and the stage of the disease, the scope of operative intervention, and the postoperative interval.
采用检测性和刺激检测性肌电图来研究接受胃癌手术患者肢体肌肉的生物电活动。同时根据运动动力学数据检查运动耐量和工作适应水平。根据各项指标，将66例患者分为3组。结果显示生物能量、肌电图数据与疾病分期、手术干预范围及术后时间间隔之间存在关联。
