Healthcare quality all over the map. Commonwealth Fund report shows even those states that perform the best on healthcare quality have lots of work to do.

A new report from the Commonwealth Fund lays out how states stack up in five areas of health quality, with all showing wide variations. Hawaii came out on top overall, while Mississippi and Oklahoma tied for last place. The scorecard was hailed as a unique measure for states.
