Abstract
Experience with the first 40 cases of percutaneous transhepatic cholecystolithotripsy in Hungary are reported. The indications and contraindications, results and complications of endoscopic gallstone removal performed with good results are analysed. The follow-up of patients after PTCL is considered important.

报告了匈牙利首例40例经皮经肝胆管碎石术的经验。分析了内镜取石术的适应症、禁忌症、结果及并发症，其取得了良好效果。经皮经肝胆管碎石术后对患者的随访被认为很重要。
