The cooperation of psychiatric doctors in charge and industrial health staffs (including industrial doctors) is extremely important to make workers return to work smoothly, prevent recurrence of depression and go on working. The psychiatrists and industrial health staffs should understand various laws and ordinances about occupational health including the Occupational Health and Safety Law; furthermore, they should also pay attention to the current changes of these laws and ordinances. The characteristics of working on not only workers but also their organizations are important. Mental health measures in industrials should be dispersed, and so the recurrence of depression could be prevented based on these characteristics.
负责精神科的医生与职业健康工作人员（包括职业医生）之间的合作对于使工人顺利重返工作岗位、预防抑郁症复发并继续工作极为重要。精神科医生和职业健康工作人员应了解包括《职业健康与安全法》在内的各项职业健康法律法规；此外，他们还应关注这些法律法规当前的变化。不仅针对工人，而且针对其组织开展工作的特点很重要。工业领域的心理健康措施应分散实施，基于这些特点可预防抑郁症复发。
