Involvement of angiotensin II and angiotensin IV in the defensive (tail flick test) and learned drinking behavior of rats was studied. It was found that angiotensin II was involved in drinking behavior of rats to a greater degree than angiotensin IV. On the contrary, angiotensin IV produced a stronger effect on the defensive behavior than angiotensin II. Individual features of rat behavior were revealed.
研究了血管紧张素II和血管紧张素IV在大鼠防御行为(甩尾试验)和习得性饮水行为中的作用。结果发现,血管紧张素II比血管紧张素IV在大鼠饮水行为中发挥的作用更大。相反,血管紧张素IV对防御行为的影响比血管紧张素II更强。还揭示了大鼠行为的个体特征。
