OBJECTIVE
To control the seed quality market, a study on the seed determination practice in Polygala tenuifolia was carried out.
METHOD
By studying the thousand grain weight moisture content, viability, genuineness, purity and germination percentage, some indices of seeds were fixed to the standards. The seed determination practice in P. tenuifolia was established.
RESULT AND CONCLUSION
The practice could be utilized to control the seed quality of P. tenuifolia.
目的
为规范远志种子质量市场，开展了远志种子检验实践研究。
方法
通过对远志种子千粒重、含水量、生活力、真伪、纯度和发芽率的研究，确定了部分种子指标的标准，建立了远志种子检验实践方法。
结果与结论
该实践方法可用于控制远志种子质量。
