The authors have established in patients with toxic goiter the rough disorders in immune status retaining after surgical treatment. Immunocorrection on the background of surgical treatment is pathogenetically substantiated and contributes to decrease in incidence of the development of postoperative hypothyrosis and disease recurrence.
作者已确定毒性甲状腺肿患者在手术治疗后免疫状态仍存在明显紊乱。手术治疗背景下的免疫纠正有其发病机制依据，有助于降低术后甲状腺功能减退症的发生率和疾病复发率。
