The effect of IgG as a ligand for Fc gamma receptors on the sheep erythrocytes induced synthesis of IgM and IgG antibodies was studied. The IgG preparations used in these experiments had different effects depending on their IgG1 content. The effects on a primary or secondary induced synthesis of antibodies was not comparable. The IgG preparations were effective in monomeric as well as in aggregated form.
研究了作为Fcγ受体配体的IgG对绵羊红细胞诱导的IgM和IgG抗体合成的影响。这些实验中使用的IgG制剂根据其IgG1含量具有不同的效果。对抗体初次或二次诱导合成的影响不可比。IgG制剂以单体形式和聚集形式均有效。
