NTG in higher doses inhibits specific antibody responses in mice when given after but not prior to antigen. The drug also causes suppression of polyclonal humoral responses but to a lesser extent than other alkylating agents.
高剂量的硝酸甘油在抗原之后而非之前给药时，会抑制小鼠的特异性抗体反应。该药物还会抑制多克隆体液反应，但程度低于其他烷化剂。
