We reported the case of a 61 year-old man who presented an encrusted cystitis by Corynebacterium urealyticum associated with bilateral hydronephrosis four months after adenomectomy complicated by vesicocutaneous fistula. Medical treatment by quinolones and oral acidification of the urine allowed regression of the encrusted calcifications and resolution of the hydronephrosis.
我们报告了一例61岁男性病例，该患者在腺瘤切除术后并发膀胱皮肤瘘四个月后，出现了由解脲棒状杆菌引起的结痂性膀胱炎，并伴有双侧肾积水。喹诺酮类药物治疗及尿液口服酸化使结痂性钙化消退，肾积水得以缓解。
