Abstract
We report a case of multiple fistulae in ano [8 external openings] in a 45-yrs-old man, who had a history of episodes of pain and pus discharge from openings around the anus since 4 years. Biopsy from the tract of one of the fistula confirmed tubercular infection. He underwent radiofrequency fistulotomy using a Ellman radiofrequency device along with anti-tubercular treatment, which resulted in complete resolution, and healing.

我们报告一例45岁男性的肛管多发瘘（8个外口）病例，该患者自4年前起就有肛门周围开口处疼痛及脓性分泌物排出的病史。对其中一个瘘管进行活检证实为结核感染。他接受了使用Ellman射频设备的射频瘘管切开术以及抗结核治疗，最终完全治愈。
