In 22 subjects with liver cirrhosis and in 18 with malignancy, both with ascites, 10 biochemical parameters have been investigated in ascitic fluid. The evaluation of data by cluster analysis, optimized with the aid of multivariate normality testing, was able to recognize correctly a majority of cases. For diagnosis of malignancy, an 89% sensitivity and 82% specificity was obtained. The described way of data collecting and processing is recommended for the clinical practice.
在22例肝硬化和18例恶性肿瘤伴腹水的患者中,对腹水的10项生化指标进行了研究。通过聚类分析对数据进行评估,并借助多变量正态性检验进行优化,能够正确识别大多数病例。对于恶性肿瘤的诊断,灵敏度为89%,特异度为82%。建议在临床实践中采用所描述的数据收集和处理方法。
