Abstract

83 cases (including 53 cases of patients and 30 cases of normal volunteer) of SPECT bone scan had been studied for detecting oral and maxillofacial tumor infiltrating to the jaws. The results was contrasted with X-ray, operation and pathology, and indicated that SPECT bone scan could reveal the early tumor infiltrating to the jaws and accurate extent of tumor lesions, more accurate than X-ray. SPECT provided us more important information about the preservation of the jaw and extent of bone resection.

摘要

对83例(包括53例患者和30例正常志愿者)进行单光子发射计算机断层扫描(SPECT)骨扫描,以检测口腔颌面部肿瘤向颌骨的浸润情况。将结果与X线、手术及病理结果进行对比,结果表明SPECT骨扫描能够显示肿瘤向颌骨浸润的早期情况及肿瘤病变的准确范围,比X线更准确。SPECT为我们提供了关于颌骨保留及骨切除范围的更重要信息。
