The genetic polymorphisms of haptoglobin, transferrin and third component of complement were investigated by electrophoretic techniques in six subgroups (Harbin, Xi'an, Chengdu, Guiyang, Zhangzhou and Lanzhou) of the Han ethnic group in China. For haptoglobin, HP*1 frequency shows a descending tendency from the South to the North in the Han ethnic group. Among the transferrin alleles, Dchi shows an increasing frequency from the North to the South. For the third component of complement, S allele is absolutely preponderant.
采用电泳技术对中国汉族六个亚群体(哈尔滨、西安、成都、贵阳、漳州和兰州)的触珠蛋白、转铁蛋白和补体第三成分的基因多态性进行了研究。对于触珠蛋白,汉族群体中HP*1频率呈现出从南到北递减的趋势。在转铁蛋白等位基因中,Dchi频率呈现出从北到南增加的趋势。对于补体第三成分,S等位基因绝对占优势。
