Abstract
PGM1 polymorphism in five Han subpopulations in China was investigated by polyacrylamide gel isoelectric focusing. The frequency of PGM11A was 0.6256 for Xi'an Han, 0.5982 for Zhengzhou Han, 0.6429 for Huhhot Han, 0.6232 for Lanzhou Han, and 0.6000 for Hakka in Guangdong Province. There was a north to south cline of PGM11A frequency.
摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶等电聚焦法对中国五个汉族亚群体中的PGM1多态性进行了研究。西安汉族的PGM11A频率为0.6256，郑州汉族为0.5982，呼和浩特汉族为0.6429，兰州汉族为0.6232，广东省客家人为0.6000。PGM11A频率呈现出从北到南的渐变群。
