Abstract
We present the clinical case of a 16 year old patient with an "epithelioid leiomyosarcoma" (malignant leiomyoblastoma) diagnosis. Taking into consideration the rarity of this diagnosis in this age group, we review this case from the clinical and bibliographical point of view.

我们介绍了一名16岁被诊断为“上皮样平滑肌肉瘤”（恶性成平滑肌细胞瘤）患者的临床病例。鉴于该诊断在这个年龄组中较为罕见，我们从临床和文献角度对此病例进行了回顾。
