Abstract

Six compounds I-VI were isolated from the roots of Dipsacus asper Wall.. Compounds I, II, III and VI were identified as sucrose, daucosterol, beta-sitosterol and akebia saponin D, respectively. On the basis of spectral analysis and chemical evidence, the structures of two new compounds were established as 3-O-(4-O-acetyl)-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl-hederagenin 28-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1----6)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (IV) and 3-O-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl oleanolic acid 28-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1----6)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (V).

摘要

从糙叶川续断(Dipsacus asper Wall.)的根中分离出六种化合物I-VI。化合物I、II、III和VI分别被鉴定为蔗糖、胡萝卜苷、β-谷甾醇和木通皂苷D。基于光谱分析和化学证据,确定了两种新化合物的结构,分别为3-O-(4-O-乙酰基)-α-L-阿拉伯吡喃糖基-常春藤皂苷元28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(IV)和3-O-α-L-阿拉伯吡喃糖基齐墩果酸28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(V)。
