Nevoid basal cell carcinoma syndrome is an autosomal dominant disorder and is characterized by a great variety of signs and symptoms. The most important are a characteristic facies, the occurrence of basal cell carcinomas and odontogenic keratocysts. In view of the neoplastic skin change, constant review of the patients is indicated. Any jaw film revealing two or more dentigerous or follicular cysts should alert the clinician to the possibility of this underlying syndrome.
痣样基底细胞癌综合征是一种常染色体显性疾病，其特征为各种各样的体征和症状。其中最重要的是特征性面容、基底细胞癌的发生以及牙源性角化囊肿。鉴于皮肤的肿瘤性改变，需要对患者进行持续检查。任何颌骨X线片显示两个或更多含牙囊肿或滤泡囊肿，都应提醒临床医生注意这种潜在综合征的可能性。
