Abstract
The cytologic finding of glandular cells in a urine specimen is unusual. The differential diagnosis ranges from benign conditions such as cystitis glandularis to adenocarcinoma. Glandular cells of cystitis glandularis with intestinal metaplasia have a bland cytologic appearance. If detected in a urine cytology specimen colonic metaplasia can be reported.

尿标本中出现腺细胞的细胞学表现并不常见。鉴别诊断范围从良性情况如腺性膀胱炎到腺癌。伴有肠化生的腺性膀胱炎的腺细胞具有平淡的细胞学外观。如果在尿细胞学标本中检测到结肠化生，可以进行报告。
